Effective 1st May 2021, a refund fee of LKR 5000 or 10% of the refund amount (whichever is higher) will be charged for all over payments and incorrect payments (payments to the wrong terminal). Any overpayment or incorrect payment that is LKR 5000 or less will not be refunded.
