Main Responsibilities of the Job:
Process and manage customer invoices, debit notes, and credit notes.
Assist in the timely collection of receivables and manage customer disputes.
Enter journal entries and prepare balance sheet schedules.
Actively take part in financial audits and assist with audit preparation, documentation, and compliance requirements.
Maintain accurate, up-to-date financial records and documentation to support audit trails and reporting requirements.
Foster and maintain strong professional relationships with customers, ensuring effective collaboration and communication.
Candidate Profile:
Part qualifications from professional accounting body (CA/CIMA or ACCA).
A bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or in a related field.
Minimum one year’s working experience in a similar capacity
Hands-on experience in ERP systems (experience in Oracle Fusion is a distinct advantage).
Proficient in MS Office applications, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, while maintaining high levels of accuracy, consistency, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
