Today, the terminal is one of the three operators in the Port of Colombo and continues to offer global container shipping lines and related stakeholders a competitive service as a world class container terminal in the Port of Colombo.

We are looking for a suitable individual to work in the Information Technology Department and if you are truly determined to make your career with one of the leading terminal operators in the Port of Colombo, you are invited to apply for the following position;

Main responsibilities of the job include:

• IT Network designing, maintenance of existing network equipment.
  (Installing and configuring the IT network equipment including routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, Enterprise Unified Communication Manager, etc.)
• Managing high-end servers, SAN, NAS, configuring VMware EXSi, vSAN, etc. and maintain the primary/secondary data centers.
• Installing and configuring the Server Operating Systems, Microsoft 365, Intune Admin Center, VDI, Surveillance systems and other systems related applications and security.
• Procuring IT infrastructure equipment, managing contractors involved and monitoring their services with agreed SLA.
• Provide Backup administration and manage end to end backup infrastructure with leading tools.
• Engage with IT Team to comply BCP/DRP, implement audit recommendations and cyber security standards, handle service desk incidents and other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• Graduate in IT / Computer Science with 5+ years of working experience.
• Vendor certification will be an added advantage.
• Experience in managing IT infrastructure projects.
• Good interpersonal skills, problem solving and project management skills.
• Team player with good negotiation skills.
