We are looking for a dynamic and self-driven individual specialized in Recruitment & Selection and Talent Acquisition to join our team. The ideal candidate should be a quick learner with excellent communication skills and a passion for people management.
Main responsibilities of the job include.
Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling.
Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
Source, screen and shortlist candidates through various channels (Ex: affiliations with universities and other academic bodies, vocational training institutes, social media, networking etc).
Monitor recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, cost-per-hire) and provide regular updates to Management.
Help facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing induction materials and organizing orientation sessions.
Completion of new hire documentation.
Assist coordination of training and development activities of the organization.
Maintain employee records and ensure all HR documentation is up-to-date.
Assist with HR reporting and analytics, such as attendance tracking and employee turnover rates.
Support the planning and execution of employee engagement activities and events.
Gather feedback from employees and help in developing initiatives to improve workplace morale.
Assist in ensuring the company’s HR policies and procedures are properly adhered to.
Help with the implementation of HR programs and initiatives in compliance with legal requirements.
Assist in improving HR processes through data analysis and feedback.
Candidate profile
The ideal candidate should have:
A Degree in Human Resource Management and/or equivalent qualifications.
Proven experience of minimum 03 years in Human Resources in a reputed organization.
Proven experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Proficiency in HR software and recruitment tools.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
