Job profile:
- Administration of Procure-to-Pay Process: Oversee the procure-to-pay process, ensuring timely and accurate procurement, coordination with vendors, and payment activities.
- Assets Management and Disposal: Manage IT assets, including tracking, maintenance, and disposal of outdated equipment.
- IT Office Administration: Assist in managing daily administrative functions within the IT department to ensure smooth operations.
- Agreement Reviews: Collaborate with the legal team to review agreements and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Statutory Clearance Processing: Handle the processing of statutory clearances, ensuring adherence to legal and regulatory requirements.
- Audit Coordination: Work closely with the audit team to support internal and external audits.
- Contractor Management: Manage relationships with contractors, manage entry permits, ensuring compliance with company standards and regulations.
Candidate profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in IT applications or in a related field.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
- Familiarity with contract review and statutory compliance is a plus.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
